Audit and documentation
The first visit is about getting to know the property. We draw up a diagram, record settings and logins, and check the condition of the batteries, the panel and the equipment. You end up with documentation any qualified engineer can work from.
Scheduled visits
We come on a schedule — before winter and before summer, for example. We check the inverter, solar panels, cameras, alarm and network, and deal with minor issues before they turn into real problems.
Batteries, earthing and the panel
We look at battery condition and capacity, charging settings, connections in the panel, breakers and protective devices, and test the earthing. This is where faults most often build up unnoticed.
Settings and updates
We review the settings of the inverter, video recorder, Ajax hub, router and smart home controller, install firmware updates when it is safe to do so, and make sure scenes and notifications work as intended.
Priority call-outs and reminders
Contract clients get priority call-outs. We remind you about scheduled visits and about anything due for a check or replacement, so you don't have to keep track of it yourself.
When equipment fails
We don't repair equipment ourselves. We remove the faulty unit, send it to a service centre — under warranty, or as a paid repair once the warranty has run out — then reinstall it, reconnect it and check that the whole system works.
