What we do
Service entrance, meter, grounding, lightning protection
Service entrance from a pole or from the MDB, space for the meter, grounding loop with measurement protocol, equipotential bonding, surge protection, and house lightning protection.
Power panel board: assembly, protective devices, RCD, voltage relay
Devices of the same series, busbar distribution, separate neutral and protective earth busbars, ferrule crimping for each core, labeled groups. RCDs where required by standards, voltage relays — for protection against network surges.
Concealed and exposed wiring
In chases or in corrugated conduits and trays. Cable only in continuous lines from the panel board to the point — no splices in the walls.
Sockets and switches
Back boxes, mechanisms, frames in one series matching the interior design. Two-way switching schemes, sockets with protective shutters where there are children.
Appliance connection
Separate lines for air conditioner, hob, oven, boiler, and washing machine — with correct cross-section and dedicated circuit breaker.
Underfloor heating
Cable or film type, with thermostat and floor sensor. Separate group in the panel board and resistance measurement before and after screeding.

Site visit and measurements
From ₴1,500 in Kyiv (outside the city from ₴2,000), the amount is credited towards the cost of work. We inspect the site, the condition of existing electrical systems, and discuss point placement.

Estimate and diagram
Calculated list of works and materials with unit prices. You see what you are paying for before work begins.

Installation
Rough-in work, then finishing work after decoration. We clean up after ourselves at each stage.

Frequently asked questions
What is the cost of electrical work in an apartment?
The cost consists of the number of points and the length of lines, therefore, 'price per square meter' means nothing. A real estimate is obtained after the placement of sockets, switches, and lighting is determined. Site visit for measurements — from ₴1,500 in Kyiv, credited towards the cost of work.
Can only the panel board be replaced without touching the wiring?
Yes, this is a common request. Often the panel board itself is the weak point: devices from different manufacturers, missing RCDs, marker labels. Overhauling the panel board does not require replacing lines and is completed in one or two days — an example of such work is in our portfolio.
Do you work with a ready-made design project?
Yes. However, we cross-reference the designer's socket plan with loads and standards — sometimes it is necessary to add groups or change cable cross-sections. All changes are agreed upon before installation.
What is the warranty?
We provide a warranty for installation work and fix it in the contract. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Post-handover maintenance — under a separate agreement with a fixed call-out rate.
Is an RCD necessary if the house is old?
It is necessary precisely because the house is old. An RCD protects people, not equipment, and its absence is the most common serious problem we see on sites. A condition for correct operation is separated neutral and protective conductors, which is checked during the site visit.
How much does an electrician's call-out cost in Kyiv and the region?
Site visit for inspection and estimate — a separate item in the price list; within Kyiv, it is usually credited towards the cost of work if you order it. Minor works (replace a circuit breaker, move a socket, find a break) — from ₴800 per visit including labor. We state the exact amount after inspection, before work begins.
Do you travel outside Kyiv — Boryspil, Irpin, Vyshhorod, Obukhiv?
Yes, we work throughout the Kyiv region: Boryspil, Brovary, Irpin, Bucha, Vyshhorod, Obukhiv, Vasylkiv, Fastiv, and surrounding villages. Travel is included in the estimate once, not for each visit.
How long does it take to replace wiring in an apartment?
One-room apartment — 3–5 business days, two-room apartment — 5–7, three-room apartment — 7–10, including chasing, laying, and panel board assembly. Timelines increase if renovation is ongoing simultaneously and stages need to be coordinated with other contractors.
