Turnkey Electrical Installation
Complete electrical system for an apartment, house, or office — from project and chasing to an assembled switchboard with labeled groups. We work so that the next electrician can understand it without us.
What the work includes
Wiring installation
Concealed in chases or exposed in corrugated pipes and trays. Cable only in continuous lines from the switchboard to the point: no splices in the walls.
Switchboard assembly
Devices of the same series, busbar distribution, separate neutral and protective earth bars, crimping of each conductor, labeled groups. RCDs for groups where required by standards, not "if budget allows".
Sockets, switches, lighting
Installation of mechanisms, connection of luminaires and lighting groups, dimmers and two-way switching schemes.
Grounding and protection
Grounding contour, equipotential bonding, surge protection, lightning protection. Resistance measurement with protocol.
Documents provided
Switchboard diagram, list of groups, measurement protocols. This is what remains with the owner after we leave.

Site visit and measurements
Free within Kyiv. We inspect the object, the condition of the existing electrical system, discuss the layout of points.

Estimate and diagram
Calculated list of works and materials with unit prices. You see what you are paying for before work begins.

Installation
Rough-in works, then finish works after decoration. We clean up after ourselves at each stage.

Handover with inspection
Measurements, testing of each group under load, switchboard labeling, document transfer.

Frequently asked questions
How much does electricity cost in an apartment?
The cost consists of the number of points and the length of lines, so "price per square meter" means nothing. A real estimate is obtained after the location of sockets, switches, and lighting is determined. Site visit for measurements is free.
Is it possible to replace only the switchboard without touching the wiring?
Yes, this is a common request. Often the switchboard itself is the weak point: devices from different manufacturers, no RCD, marker labels. Rebuilding the switchboard does not require replacing lines and is completed in one or two days — an example of such work is in our portfolio.
Do you work with a ready-made project from a designer?
Yes. But we cross-reference the designer's socket plan with loads and standards — sometimes we have to add groups or change the cable cross-section. All changes are agreed upon before installation.
What is the warranty?
We provide a warranty for installation works and fix it in the contract. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Post-handover maintenance is under a separate contract with a fixed call-out rate.
Is an RCD needed if the house is old?
It is needed precisely because the house is old. An RCD protects people, not equipment, and its absence is the most common serious problem we see on sites. The condition for correct operation is separated neutral and protective conductors, which is checked during the site visit.
