Relays in wall boxes and panels
We fit relays behind switches, in sockets, in junction boxes or on a DIN rail in the panel. We check for a neutral, the load on the circuit and whether there is enough room for the relay to stay cool.
Buying a smart relay is easy — every marketplace sells them. Finding someone to install it properly is harder: someone who checks whether there is a neutral wire in the wall box, keeps the relay within its load rating and sets it up so it doesn't keep dropping off Wi-Fi. We install Sonoff, Shelly, Tuya (Smart Life) and Ajax LightCore relays, replace faulty ones, migrate scenes and fix systems set up by other installers.

In older buildings the switch often has only a live wire. For these cases we choose relays that work without a neutral (Zigbee models from Sonoff, Shelly, Ajax) or run a neutral if it can be done without damaging the finish.
Relay burnt out, freezing or won't connect? We find the cause first — overload, weak Wi-Fi, wrong wiring — and replace the device only if it is actually faulty.
We connect relays to eWeLink, Shelly, Smart Life or Ajax and set up schedules, scenes and voice control via Google Assistant, Alexa or Apple Home where the model supports it.
If your home has relays from different brands, we bring them together in Home Assistant or a single app, so you don't need three apps on your phone.
Half of all complaints about 'glitchy' relays come down to weak signal. We check Wi-Fi coverage and, if needed, add an access point or a Zigbee gateway closer to the devices.
Tell us what you have and what isn't working. A photo of the wall box or panel helps us understand what will be needed.
An engineer checks the wiring, load and signal, suggests a relay model for your situation and gives you a price before any work starts.
We install the relay, connect it to the app, set up scenes and show you how to use them.
Our work comes with a warranty. If a relay stops working because of the installation, we fix it.
Prices are for labour only, relays not included. You can buy the relays yourself or order them from us. We confirm the exact total after the inspection: it depends on the number of relays, whether there is a neutral and where they are mounted.

Sonoff is an affordable, widely used option with the eWeLink app. Shelly costs more but works locally, without the cloud, and most models measure power use. Tuya (Smart Life) relays are the cheapest, but quality varies a lot between manufacturers. If you have an Ajax alarm system, Ajax LightCore relays are the natural choice. We pick the model to suit your wiring and needs.
Yes. Some relays work without a neutral — mostly Zigbee models, which need a gateway. Some light fittings also need a small bypass capacitor so the lamp doesn't flicker. We'll check which option fits during the visit.
Usually it isn't the relay but weak Wi-Fi: a relay inside a metal panel or behind a concrete wall struggles to get a signal. Another cause is overheating from a load above its rating. We find the cause first and only replace the relay if it is actually faulty.
Yes, we take small jobs too. A visit costs from 1,500 ₴ in Kyiv and from 2,000 ₴ in the region, credited toward the work if you go ahead.
If the new relay is the same brand, scenes can usually be moved over or quickly restored. When switching brands, we set the scenes up again and check that everything works as before.
By voice — via Google Assistant, Alexa or Apple Home if the model supports it. Without internet — relays with local control: Shelly, Zigbee relays through a gateway, or any devices in Home Assistant.
Same rates for the work and the same warranty as in Kyiv. A site visit in the region starts at 2,000 ₴ and is credited toward the job.
Tell us about the job in a short form — from replacing a smart relay to a full rewire. We'll send a preliminary estimate within a day.
