Climate
Heating, underfloor heating, air conditioners, and boiler under one control: temperature by room, heating by night tariff or from excess solar energy.
Blinds and shutters
Electric drives with control from a switch, phone, and by scenario: open in the morning, close in the heat.
Sensors and scenarios
"Left home" — lights off, water shut off, alarm armed. "Night" — dimmed lights and closed blinds. Alarm turns on lights and cameras.
Control from phone and voice
One app for all systems, voice assistants optional, wall panel for those who don't want to take out their phone.

Engineer's visit
From 1,500 ₴ in Kyiv (outside the city from 2,000 ₴), the amount is credited towards the cost of work. We inspect the object, the state of the electrical system, and discuss what exactly should happen automatically.

Equipment list, diagram, estimate, and deadlines. At this stage, nothing has been purchased yet — changes are free.

Our team, equipment from stock. Chasing, electrical panel, low-voltage, controller and scenario setup.

We show the family how to use it. Then — a service agreement with a fixed rate and monitoring.
Estimated prices
The exact amount is calculated after a site visit — it depends on the area, number of groups, and the condition of existing electrical wiring. Transparent equipment selection: we work with well-known global brands and use only quality materials.

Frequently asked questions
Is it possible to make a smart home in a finished apartment without renovation?
Yes, but the set of solutions will be different. Without chasing, we use wireless devices: relays in backboxes, radio sensors, drives for existing blinds. There is one limitation — in some old buildings, there is no neutral wire in the backboxes, so we select devices that work without neutral. This is determined during the site visit.
How much does a smart home cost?
Basic light and climate automation in an 80–120 m² apartment starts from approximately 80,000 ₴ including equipment. A house with a street, gates, heating, and backup power costs significantly more. The price linearly depends on the number of controlled groups, so we provide an estimate after an inspection, not over the phone.
What happens if the internet goes out?
Everything inside the house will continue to work: scenarios, sensors, switches. The internet is only needed for external access and notifications. We deliberately do not build critical functions on cloud services.
And if you disappear — who will service it?
We transfer the project, diagram, and access credentials to the owner. The system is built on open solutions and standard protocols, so any competent engineer can take it over. There is no dependency on us — this is a matter of principle.
Can it be done in stages?
Yes, and this is the most common scenario. The main thing is to lay the cable infrastructure and allocate space in the electrical panel during the electrical work stage. Then automation can be added over the years without renovation.
How much does a turnkey smart home cost in Kyiv?
A 2–3 room apartment with lighting, climate, and blinds — approximately from 80,000 ₴ including equipment; a private house — from 150,000 ₴. Design from 5,000 ₴ separately. The exact amount depends on the number of points and whether it is possible to lay cables or if we work wirelessly.
Does the smart home work without internet and without a third-party cloud?
Yes. We build the system on a local controller in your home, so scenarios, switches, and sensors work even without internet. The cloud is only needed for external access and voice assistants, and it can be optionally disabled.
Can I start small and expand the system later?
Yes, this is a typical path: first lighting and climate, then blinds, security, energy metering. The main thing is to run cables to the necessary points and leave space in the electrical panel during the renovation stage; the rest can be added gradually without rework.
