We design and install automation systems for apartments and private houses. Not a collection of gadgets from a marketplace, but a single ecosystem that works for years and does not depend on whether the manufacturer's server is alive.
What's Included in the Work
Lighting and Scenarios
Controlled light groups, dimming, "morning," "evening," "everyone left" scenarios. Presence and light sensors instead of switches where appropriate.
Climate and Water
Air conditioners, underfloor heating, boiler, furnace — under central control. The boiler can heat water using a night tariff or from excess solar energy, not "on schedule."
Blinds, Gates, Access
Electric drives for blinds and shutters, gates, locks, intercom — in one application and in scenarios along with the rest of the systems.
Security in One System
Security alarm and video surveillance do not live separately: an alarm turns on the light, cameras record by event, notifications arrive in Telegram.
Local Control
Logic is executed on a server in your home. The internet is needed for remote access, not for the lights to turn on.

Equipment list, diagram, estimate, and timelines. At this stage, nothing has been purchased yet — revisions are free.

Installation
Our team, equipment from stock. Chasing, electrical panel, low-voltage wiring, controller and scenario configuration.

Training and Service
We show the family how to use it. Then — a service agreement with a fixed rate and monitoring.
Estimated Prices
We calculate the exact amount after a site visit — it depends on the area, the number of groups, and the condition of the existing electrical system.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it possible to make a smart home in a finished apartment without renovation?
Yes, but the set of solutions will be different. Without chasing, we use wireless devices: relays in back boxes, radio sensors, drives for existing blinds. There is one limitation — in some old buildings, there is no neutral wire in the back boxes, so we select devices that work without neutral. This is determined during the site visit.
How much does a smart home cost?
Basic light and climate automation in an 80–120 m² apartment starts from approximately 80 000 ₴ including equipment. A house with a street, gates, heating, and backup power costs significantly more. The price linearly depends on the number of controlled groups, so we provide an estimate after an inspection, not over the phone.
What happens if the internet goes out?
Everything inside the house will continue to work: scenarios, sensors, switches. The internet is only needed for external access and notifications. We deliberately do not build critical functions on cloud services.
And if you disappear — who will service it?
We transfer the project, diagram, and access credentials to the owner. The system is built on open solutions and standard protocols, so any competent engineer can take it over. There is no dependency on us — this is a matter of principle.
Can it be done in stages?
Yes, and this is the most common scenario. The main thing is to lay the cable infrastructure and allocate space in the electrical panel during the electrical work stage. Then automation can be added over the years without renovation.
