Questions we get asked
Do your electricians speak English?
You can write to us in English on WhatsApp, Telegram or e-mail and we reply in English; quotes and invoices are in English. On site, the engineer can explain the essentials in English, and anything detailed we confirm in writing.
How much does a visit cost?
From UAH 1,500 within Kyiv and from UAH 2,000 outside the city. If you go ahead with the work, the visit fee is credited towards the labour cost.
How quickly can you come?
For urgent problems we often come the same day; planned work is usually scheduled within a few days. Tell us what is happening and we will say honestly when we can be there.
Can you set up backup power for blackouts in an apartment?
Yes. A hybrid inverter with a LiFePO4 battery is wired into your panel on the essential circuits — lights, fridge, router, boiler or heating pump. Typical installation takes one day. Use our calculator to estimate how many hours a battery will last.
Do you work for landlords and property managers?
Yes — including when the tenant or owner is not in Kyiv. We agree the scope in writing, send photo reports and issue documents for the company.
